Very Easy Blackberry Fool

- Blend blackberries, icing sugar and lemon juice and then pass through a sieve to remove seeds.
- Beat the Kiri and Greek yoghurt then pour into four glass dishes.
- Garnish with blackberries. Serve with biscotti or Scottish shortbread.

INGREDIENTS:
- 300g fresh blackberries
- 60g icing sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 250g Kiri
- 200g 0% fat free Greek yoghurt
