
Serves 1
1. Marinade the chicken, roast in the oven and cool.
2. Spread a floured tortilla wrap with Cantandou.
3. Cut the cold chicken into strips and toss in sweet chilli sauce. Place on the wrap.
4. Layer with carrot, peppers and red onion
5. Place the rocket and cos lettuce salad leaves on top, roll up the wrap and serve.
