The chocolate ganache: chop the chocolate finely, put it in a bowl. Pour the boiling single cream over it. Leave to set for 5 minutes then mix with a spatula. Put it into a piping bag.
Mix the Kiri® with the peanut butter and water and then add the praline. Put the mixture into a piping bag.
Filling the glass: the chocolate ganache forms the base, with the Kiri® and peanut butter on top. Decorate by sprinkling with cocoa powder and chopped praline.
Chef's tip: Replace the peanut butter with walnut butter or grilled hazelnuts, according to taste.
