Boursin, Roasted Peppers & Basil Leaves

METHOD:

Recipe by Charlotte Leventis, ambassador to the Bel Cheese Academy.

  1. Spread one side of each slice of bread with the Boursin cheese.
  2. Top with the peppers and some basil leaves.
  3. Finish sandwich with the second slice of bread, cheese side down.
  4. Serve whole.

    INGREDIENTS:

    2 slices of olive bread
    75g Boursin
    50g roasted red peppers, chopped
    Handful basil leaves
