A trained chef and gold medal winner at Hotelympia, Camilla began her career in events catering. She held management positions with Town and County Catering and at The Royal College of Physicians, where she was general catering manager. Then, she worked with foodservice wholesalers 3663 for five years before joining Bel UK in 2000.

Although she is no longer hands-on in a commercial kitchen, Camilla is still a committed foodie and even took time out to go to Thailand to learn how to cook real Thai food. In her spare time, she’s also a volunteer teacher for her local disabled swim club.

Janet has worked in the foodservice industry for some 17 years, in a variety of sales roles. She joined Bel in 2003 and in her time with us has turned her account management skills to both profit and cost sector customers. Janet now also looks after our business with all the major national wholesalers.

In her leisure time, Janet enjoys nothing more than keeping fit and socialising with friends.
